Mary J. Watson was 100 years old when she passed away peacefully Friday March 8, 2014. Born and raised in Fort Lee, NJ she lived there until 1956 before settling in New Milford. Mary retired from Bloomingdales in Hackensack after 25 years and was a longtime parishioner of the Church of the Ascension, New Milford. She was predeceased by her late husband Frank H. Watson, Surviving are her loving daughter Carole Watson DeSantis and husband Gene DeSantis and her primary companion, caregiver, and friend Dawn Mouzon. Mary was the daughter of the late Josephine and Nicola Ionato and sister to the late Edward Ionato.
