Mary H. Rock passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at the age of 75.
She was born on March 13, 1941 in Anna, Illinois the daughter of Duane Fox and Virginia Jones.
She graduated from Granite City High School. Mary married Gordon K. Rock in Granite City, Illinois on February 6, 1960. Their marriage was later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on October 20, 1960.
Mary served as Relief Society President, Young Women’s instructor, visiting teacher and other callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was a devoted and loving daughter of our Father in Heaven. Mary had a sweet and loving personality-great love for her family and friends. She will be missed but not forgotten.
Mary is survived by her husband of 56 years; two sons and two daughters, Thomas K. (Lisa), Clinton; Duane C. (Donna), South Ogden; Kelly (Jesse) Barrera, Ogden; Clyda Rock, Riverdale. Also surviving are her sister, Yvonne Pruitt, James Town, Tennessee; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
