Mary H. Arnold, 95, of Westminster, died Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at Transitions Healthcare. Born July 18, 1922 in Baltimore City, she was the daughter of the late Mary (Gwilt) Hesson and Meade Hesson. She was the wife of the late Benjamin Franklin Blubaugh, Jr.
Before retiring she worked for the Baltimore County Board of Education. She attended Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Craig Cairns, Bonnie and Barry Bosley and Christine and William Stansbury, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by brothers James, William and Meade Hesson, Jr. and a sister Emma Catherine Hesson.
