Mary Ellen Matthews Chappelle, 70, of Newnan, GA died peacefully on Monday, April 4, 2011, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. She was born January 1, 1941 in Fulton County, GA to the late John Matthews & Sallie Walden Matthews. She retired from NCR after more than 20 years of service.
She will be remembered as a most loving wife, mother & Nana.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, William Arthur Chappelle of Newnan, GA; daughter, Sharon Morris & her husband Ed of Newnan; son, John Chappelle & his wife Judy of Newnan; sister, Jean Matthews of Jonesboro, GA; grandchildren, Will Morris of Newnan & Alexis Chappelle of Newnan.
