Mary E. Stringer, age 72, died at her home in Springfield Township prior to Christmas. She was a lifelong New Jersey resident. She was retired after over 32 years with the Bell Telephone system of New Jersey. She was an accomplished horsewoman and an artist. She was also a generous supporter of animal welfare and wildlife well being.
She enjoyed several canine companions over the years and she enjoyed her home and its natural surroundings on the Assiscunk creek. She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Stringer, of Lake Alfred, FL and a few close friends and acquaintances she made over the years.
