Mary E. Followay (Brazeau), 54, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away on Saturday evening, October 15, 2005, in an automobile accident on State Road 2 in Western St. Joseph County, along with her husband Joseph P. Followay.
On October 24th, they would have celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary. Mary was born on July 24, 1951, in Mishawaka, Indiana, and was a 1969 graduate of Mishawaka High School. She was successful in the real estate and finance business for over 30 years. Mary and Joe currently owned Title Works, Inc., a successful South Bend based real estate title company.
Mary is survived by her two children, Sean William (Rachael) Pritzel and Nicole (Ryan) DeBroka; her mother, Emma Brazeau, all of South Bend; her sisters, Sharon Cunningham of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Alecia Cottingham and Julie (Ralph) Costello, of South Bend; 11 grandchildren, Anthony, Grant, Brittany, Sean Jr., Kennedy, Morgan, Bailee, Abby, Darion, Nina and Trey; a stepdaughter, Jaime (Chris) Lawson; and two stepsons, Joey (Angela) and Jeff (Michelle) Followay, all of Louisville, Kentucky. Her father, William Brazeau, preceded her in death in 1973.
