Mary Doris (Mitchell) Miller, 82, of French Lick, Indiana died Monday, December 17, 2007 at Paoli Health & Living Community in Paoli, IN. Doris was born May 23, 1925 to the late John I. Mitchell, Sr. & the late Eleanor (Thompson) Mitchell. She married John Glosson “Buck” Miller, Jr. on April 4, 1944 and he preceded her in death on July 14, 1992.
She was a graduate of Georgia Baptist Nursing School and previously was employed by Gorge Nursing Home, French Lick, IN as a registered nurse. She was a member of Moores Ridge United Methodist Church in French Lick. She is survived by daughter, Melinda Anne Holland of French Lick, IN; son, Charles Clinton Miller of Suwanee, GA; brother, John I. Mitchell, Jr. of GA; five grandsons; and two great-grandsons.
