Mary Dolores Tremonte, of Norwalk, died peacefully at the Notre Dame Convalescent Home on Thursday, September 1. She was the wife of the late Anthony P. Tremonte. Mary was born in Harrisburg, PA, daughter of the late Philip and Mary Malagisi LaRocca. She has lived in Norwalk all of her life and was truly dedicated to her family, by whom she will be dearly missed.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony P. Tremonte and his partner Barbara Bratz of Branford, and Robert P. Tremonte and his wife Jill of Norwalk, her sister, Ida Chiaia of Norwalk. Also surviving are 5 loving grandchildren, Christy, Donna, Robin, Kim and Bobby, 2 great grandchildren, Tucker and Loren, and many nieces and nephews. Mary was also predeceased by her sisters Dolores DiPisa and Clara Gulyas.
