Mary Catherine “Kay” (Hadley) Larson, age 89, passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 5, 2021. Kay was the daughter of Mary Louise Kohlhaas and Edgar Hadley. She was born in Evergreen, Colorado in 1932 and raised in Golden, Colorado where she attended Golden High School.
In 1950 Kay married the love of her life, Arden Larson at the young age of 18. They began a 70-year journey together, living in many different parts of the country, and developing life-long friendships.
Kay leaves three children to cherish her memory, Nancy (Thom) Tiffany, Dan (Cathy) Larson, and Julie Larson, along with 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
