Mary Ann McCauley, age 83 of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 13, 2016. Mary Ann was born November 5, 1932 in Louisville, Kentucky. She joins her husband Ed McCauley in heaven just in time to celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on July 14. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Francis and husband Mike of Dallas, son Jeff McCauley and wife Mary of Celina, son Stephen of Dallas, son Michael of Dallas and daughter Christine Bolding and husband Brent of Dallas. She is also survived by her grandchildren Kyle Francis and wife Jenny, Rebecca Calvert and husband Jarratt, Cameron McCauley and wife Mary Grace, Carson Bolding, Spencer Bolding and Grayson Bolding and her great-grandchildren Leo Francis and Mia Francis. She is preceded in death by two sisters, and survived by four brothers and four sisters. She was a devout Catholic and active member of St. Monica Catholic church for more than 50 years, and she lived her strong faith daily. Mary Ann was an active volunteer for many years with Hospice, Meals on Wheels, North Dallas Shared Ministries, and the Notre Dame School as well as many other local organizations. Her favorite pastimes included tennis, bridge, Friday night get-togethers with friends and more recently Scrabble and watching basketball. She and Ed were fortunate to have traveled extensively with friends and family, both domestically and internationally. She’ll be fondly remembered for her compassion, fun-loving personality, and love of life.
