Mary Ann Perri, 91, of Spelter, WV went to home with the Lord on Wednesday December 31, 2008 at United Hospital Center. Mary was born May 16, 1917, in Adrian Buckhannon, WV the daughter of the late Joe Garcia and Josephine Alonso Garcia. Mary is survived by her daughter Margaret “Susie” Perri of Spelter; two sons John L. Perri and wife Jewel of Clarksburg; and Marty Perri and wife Debra of Clarksburg; one grandson John L. Perri Jr. of Bridgeport; also surviving are many special nieces and nephews of whom she was very proud. Mary was preceded in death by her husband John Perri in November 1991; one daughter Dolores Wells; two brothers Helo and Lynchy Garcia; three sisters Margaret and Sabina Garcia; and Olga Menendez. Mary was a member of the Holy Family- St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Mary will be remembered for her fiery spirit, devotion to family, and commitment to do the right thing.
