Mary Ann Micke, 67, of Moberly, died Wednesday morning, August 10, 2016, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. Mary Ann was born July 23, 1949 in Maryville, MO, to Wayne “Bud” and Verline Richardson.
She was a graduate of Maryville High School and Northwest Missouri State University. Since 1976 she was the Moberly Middle School Choir director; retiring in 2011. She played piano at the Moberly First Baptist Church and gave private piano lessons for a number of years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mary Ann married John Micke on October 16, 1985 in Windsor, MO, and he survives. Also surviving are a son Justin Micke, grandchildren Gabriel Turner and Rowen Turner all of Moberly; a brother Jerry Richardson of Anchorage, Alaska, other relatives and friends.
