Passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016. Age 85. Mary was born in Kalamazoo on October 28, 1930, the daughter of the late William and Clarice (Magee) Emrick.
She loved to work and served the community in many capacities. She was employed as Manager of Eckrich Credit Union, served as Schoolcraft Village Manager, and was currently serving as Prairie Ronde Township Treasurer and working at Speedway in Schoolcraft. She also belonged to the Ladies Library Association in Schoolcraft.
Mary is survived by her two sons, Michael (Bonnie) VerHage and David (Leticia) VerHage; three grandchildren, Jamie VerHage, Lauren VerHage and Carlo DiDonna; three brothers, William (Marie) Emrick, Arthur (Ida) Emrick and Charles (Catherine) Emrick; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Catherine Waugh and brother, Ralph Emrick.
