Mary A. Clair entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the age of 101. Mary was born in New York City on June 26, 1918 to Edward V. Quinn, Sr. and Mary Carey.
She graduated from Cathedral High School then went on to Business School from where she earned her degree. In 1937 she moved to Peekskill, NY where she worked at the Peekskill Knitting Factory as a Bookkeeper and Payroll Clerk.
In 1959 she married Richard Clair. They resided in Croton-On-Hudson, NY for sixty years until Richard’s passing in 1990.
She was an honorary member of the Catholic Daughters of America. She was a member of both Croton Caring, and Croton Seniors.
