Martin B. Weiner, 94, of Middletown, husband of the late Mildred (Glassberg) Weiner, passed away on August 3rd at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Abram and Pauline (Makovsky) Weiner and had lived in Middletown most of his life. Martin served on many nonprofit boards including B’nai B’rith, United Way, CT River Water Shed Association, Middlesex Hospital, and the Rotary Club of Middletown. He was a long time member of Adath Israel Synagogue in Middletown. He is survived by one daughter, Martha Schwartz of Simsbury; two grandsons, Adam Schwartz and his wife, Sarah Levine, Noah Schwartz and his wife, Angela; four great grandchildren, Maya Levine, Mollie Levine, Max Schwartz, and Caleb Schwartz. He was predeceased by a brother and a sister.
