Martha Berger, age 76 years, of Plymouth, died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Royal Cotuit in Mashpee. She was the loving wife of Stephen Berger, and the daughter of the late John and Ethel (Papkee) Kennedy. Born and raised in Medford, Martha was a graduate of Medford High School, class of 1960 and Northeastern University where she studied to be an x-ray technician and went on to work at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Martha relocated to Plymouth in 1974 and after raising her children, began working for Blue Cross Blue Shield in provider service. Martha enjoyed spending time with her family and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling, long drives with her husband, reading and crafts. In addition to her husband Stephen, she will be forever missed by her son Stephen Berger Jr. and his wife Meagan of Seattle, WA, her daughter Jennifer Cannon and her husband John of Manomet as well as her grandchildren, Kari Cannon of Middletown, RI , Kyle Cannon and his fiancé Alexa Weathers of Bridgewater, Emily Cannon of Manomet, Frances and Lilly Berger of Seattle, WA, Gabe Berger of Surprise, AZ, Justin Berger of Carver, Brandon and Donald Berger and his wife Tabitha of Kaline, TX.
