Marsha was born on August 17, 1944, in Henderson, North Carolina, to the late Frieda and William Greenway. She was very active in the Glen Burnie community as president of N.C.E.O.N., and a volunteer with the G.B.I.A., MD Food Bank, and Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
