Marlena Jean Moss Hodge, 67, of Westminster, formally of Arbutus and Eldersburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Born on December 31, 1953 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late George F. Moss, Jr. and Marjorie E. Munson Moss. She was the loving wife of 40 years to Robert T. Hodge.
Marlena worked as the executive secretary for Head Sportswear, was a daycare provider for 15 years, Cafeteria Assistant and Manager for 17 years at St. John’s Catholic School, and Religious Education Administrative Assistant for 3 years at St. John’s Catholic Church. She had a passion for nurturing and taking care of children. Marlena also loved music, animals, and spending time with her family and friends.
She was the loving mother of Scott C. Hodge, Jessica N. Hodge and Rebecca E. Hodge; loving sister of Rebecca A. Russell and brother-in-law John M. Russell and loving aunt to several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother Wayne D. Moss and sisters Elizabeth D. Moss and Marjorie G. Chenoweth.
