She will always be remembered for her passion to celebrate, to feed everyone (everyone loved her cooking) and to show her love for others. Marla liked to bring smiles, whether it be thoughtful notes; a plant; a plate of food or offering a helping hand, she would go above and beyond to be there for anyone she came across… she didn’t know a stranger, everyone became a friend.
Marla is survived by her devoted husband of 22 years, Roy Allen; her daughters Chandra Tallant; Jeanine Tallant (Aaron Freedman) her son Garrett Pilcher (Sindy Pilcher) her grandchildren Ayden Tallant; Steven Freedman; Bree Pilcher and Skylynn Pilcher. Her grandchildren were what made her world turn.
