Mark passed away on Saturday afternoon, February 17, 2018 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. He was born on October 13, 1957 in Kalamazoo, the son of John and Wanda (Bland) Mai. Mark worked as a RN throughout his career. He was employed by hospitals in southwest Michigan for many years before retiring from hospice in 2010.
Surviving are his wife, Vicky Mai; son: Ty Mai of Niles; sister: Lauri (David) Foster of St. Joseph; two uncles: Harry Mai of Kalamazoo and John (Betty) Veenkant of Richland; niece: Sarah Foster; and nephew: Jonathan Foster.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and son: Parker Mai.
