Mark J. Durham, 63, of Lake Wildwood, Varna passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022. Mark was born June 14, 1958, along with his twin brother, Mike, to Judson and Jo Ann (Foster) Durham.

He married Tamela Williamson on August 12, 1978. Their lives were blessed with two children and many adventures. Mark was a man of many interests which he enthusiastically shared with his family. He loved the art of fly fishing, outdoor photography, playing guitar and singing, astronomy, and, in his younger days, mountain climbing. He also loved building “fun stuff” for the family to enjoy, such as zip lines, playhouses, and nesting boxes for wildlife. His family learned and enjoyed all of his hobbies with him.

Mark is survived by his wife, Tammie of 43 years; two children, Bethani (Rob) Hoffstatter of Henry and Dylan (Laura Angel) Durham of Chicago; and four grandchildren, Taylor, Blaize, Garrett, and Kasher. Blaize and Garrett, being the “middle” two, were Grampa’s right-hand guys and were designated to help with whatever project needed to be done on a particular day. Some were probably fun, others not so much, but time spent with Grampa was always an education.

Mark is also survived by five brothers and sisters, Michael Durham, his twin, of Wenona, Juli (Robert) Buckles of Gold Canyon, AZ, Jan (Bernie) Stehl of Magnolia, and Jamie (Rhonda) Durham of Wenona, and Jodi (David) Gerjets of Toluca.
