Winsted: Mark Charles DeMars, 50 of 400 Torrington Road, Litchfield, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007, in Torrington, following a long illness. Affectionally called “Dart” by his Gilbert School football teammates, from where he graduated in 1975, Mark was an all conference middle line baker who played with all his heart which finally gave out. A fighter to the end, he was predeceased by his younger brother Kyle on February 27, 2007. He is survived by his dad, Geroge C. DeMars and his wife Jenny and two brothers, Keith and Charles. Mark will be remembered for his love of family and friends.
