Mr. Mark Culligan, 62, of Oxford, formerly of Dumont, N.J., died Monday July 18th, 2011 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. He was the husband of Janet Nelson Culligan.
Mr. Culligan was born June 17, 1949 in Hackensack, New Jersey the son of the late James Joseph Culligan, step-son of the late Alexander Warchalowski Jr. and son of Catherine Van Saders Warchalowski of Bergenfield, New Jersey. Mark served in the US Navy for six years and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
