Mark A Yandle Sr. passed away on February 25th,2022 at the age of 80, in his hometown of Ocala, Florida. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in combating life head on with a smile.
Mark was born October 1st, 1941 to Clarence and Edith Yandle in Ocala.
He wed his high school sweetheart Shirley and enjoyed 56 years of marriage, which carried the two through many adventures and accomplishments. Always together, side by side.
Mark’s love for fast cars landed him in the automobile business in the 60’s, until founding his signature construction company in 1972.
He was instrumental in pioneering the start of MCYFL football program in the 70’s, and would spend years coaching and running the concession stand.
Mark also had a love for the water and spent much of his free time on his boat in Crystal River.
Mark is survived by his wife Jennifer(Jan)Yandle, son, Mark A Yandle II (Henrietta),brother, Clark(Mary), four grandchildren, Grant(Ginger), Mardi, Logan(Jennifer) and Brooke(Theron). Six great grandchildren Finley, Georgia, Hadley, Nolan, Cash, Teigan and his Yorkie Scooter.
He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley A. Yandle and son, Timothy Clark Yandle.
