Mark Anthony Sparks, 57, of Bloomington, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at the IU Health Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. Mark was born July 2, 1960July 2, 1960, in Bloomington and was the son of the late William and Charlotte (Fennimore) Sparks.
He was a 1978 graduate of Bloomington North High School and worked for 28 years as an Equipment Operator with the Monroe County Highway Department. Mark was a member of Victory Worship Center and he loved spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and camping.
Survivors include his wife Ramona Sparks, 3 sons, Matthew Sparks (Allison), Garret Deckard (Delanie), and Cody Deckard (Sarah Goldman), and 1 daughter, Kristin Deckard. Also, surviving are his sister Rosemarie Swinford (Lee) and 8 grandchildren.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jeffrey Sparks
