Mark A. Koenig, 54, of Upper Black Eddy, died at his home Mon., Apr. 30. Born in Doylestown, he was a son of Kathryn S. (Krause) and the late Albert Koenig. Mark graduated from Palisades High School. He was employed as a Drill Operator for 3C Drilling, Quakertown. Mark was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. Surviving is his children: Samantha Shive, husband Jared of Coopersburg, Brian of Upper Black Eddy; one grandchild on the way Adelyn Grace; brothers: Jeffrey, wife Kathy of Doylestown, Randy of Greensburg; sister: Kate Boston of Palm. He was predeceased by his father and maternal grandmother Edith Krause.
