Marjorie M. Balsai, 83, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at Moravian Village in Bethlehem. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph M. Balsai, who passed away October 16, 2010. Born in Freemansburg, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Evelyn (Burgess) Freund. At various times, she was a bookkeeper for the former Apple Tree in Bethlehem, a clerk at the former Hesss Department Store and a receptionist at a local dental practice. Marjorie enjoyed reading, cooking and baking, animals, trips to Idaho, Christmas and chocolate. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Survivors: her sons, Jeffery Balsai and his wife, Robyn of Bethlehem; Michael Balsai of Philadelphia and Scott Balsai, and his wife Jneane of Pocatello, ID and a grandson, Thomas Balsai, and granddog, Maddie.
