Marjorie Jean Troup, 93, passed away on July 9, 2020, at Northview Health and Living Anderson.
She was born on March 25, 1927, in Burlington, Indiana, the daughter of William F. and Vera V. (Overholser) Knettle. Marjorie retired from Delco-Remy Division of General Motors after 30 years of service. She was a member of Eagles Lodge, Anderson. Marjorie loved and was very devoted to her family, cooking, and her flowers.
She is survived by her daughters, Vicki (Douglas) Thomas and Kathy (Steve) Jones; daughter-in-law, Michelle Troup; grandchildren, Brian Harris, Jonathan Harris, Deanna Thomas, Dianna Thomas, Zach (Brooke) Jones, Shelby Jones, Amy Hightower, Rachael (Joe) Allen, and Carrie Troup; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy Troup; daughter, Mary Troup; granddaughter, Jessica Jones-Sheets.
