Marjorie J. Goon age 84 of Ashland, passed away Tuesday December 20, 2011 at the Samaritan Hospital.
Born on December 4, 1926 in Ashland the daughter of Paul and Faye ( Kilhefner) Raubenolt she had been an Ashland resident most of her life were she was a homemaker.
On February 21, 1948 Marjorie was married to Jay Lefever who preceded her in death on September 26, 1962. On July 12, 1965 Marjorie married her second husband, Robert Goon who also preceded her in death on December 20, 1980.
Surviving are son William Lefever of Mansfield, daughter and son in law, Paula (David) Shears of Ruskin Florida, son Douglas Lefever of Ashland and daughter and son in law, Nancy (Glynn) Dupre of Plant City Florida. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, Mrs. Goon is preceded in death by her parents, one son Timothy Goon on December 8, 2006 and daughter in law Nancy Lefever November 26, 2006.
Mrs. Goon was a former President of the Fraternal Order of Police Auxillary.
