Marjorie Faye “Marge” Laudeman, 92, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born Nov. 6, 1924, in Elkhart, to the late Clayton T. and Phebe I. (Dawe) Reed.
Survivors include three sons, Michael Campanello of Vandalia, Mich., Joey (Susan) Campanello of Elkhart and Grover Donald (Jill) Laudeman III of Elkhart; one daughter, Lori (Scott) Becker of Bremen; two sisters, Pauline (Russel) Anderson of Elkhart and Naomi (William) Bradley of Elkhart; five grandsons, Troy (Debbie) Campanello of Elkhart, Todd (Tina) Campanello of South Bend, Blake Becker and Luke Becker, both of Bremen and Grover Donald (Christle) Lauderman IV of Bristol; five granddaughters, Elizabeth Fossum of North Dakota, Kristin Cooper of Elkhart, Amanda (Steve) Balk of Elkhart, Hannah Becker and Phebe Becker, both of Bremen; 13 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two spouses, Stephen Campanello and Grover Donald Lauderman Jr. and three brothers, Vernon, Marion and Clayton “George” Reed.
She was a graduate of Concord High School class of 1942.
She was later employed at Taylor Products and for Dr. Stamp, the dentist, as his office manager.
Marge was an active member of Northside Church of the Nazarene.
She enjoyed being with friends and family and spending time with her grandchildren.
Marge was an avid “Young and Restless” and DWTS fan. She loved shopping and her dog and pal, Nena.
In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling, camping and playing her Ukulele.
Little Marge loved the Lord and was loved by many. She was a very selfless and positive person and always saw the good in everyone.
If you met her, she was forever a memory in your heart. She will be missed dearly.
