THORNTON, COLORADO – Marjorie Meranda, 90, formerly of Muncie passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Elms Haven Care Center in Thornton after an extended illness. She was born May 25, 1922 in Muncie to Charles and Louise (Wilson)
Millett. Marjorie was a 1941 graduate of Muncie Central High School. She worked many jobs here in Muncie as a switchboard operator and secretary. Marjorie worked at
Muncie Telephone Company, Ball Corporation, Muncie Star Press and Delaware Machine and Tool.
Memories in the Making Auction in Denver, Co. of which she and her daughter attended.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter Jan Dillie (husband-Michael), Northglenn, Colorado, three nephews David Millett (wife-Lou Ann); Tipton, Indiana, Don Dickey (wife-Verna Mae); Elkhart, Indiana, Tom Dickey of Ojai, California and several cousins.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Robert Allen Meranda, brother Glen Millett and sister Charlene Williams.
