Marjorie B. ”Marge” Bowyer Swanson, 82, Anderson, died April 5, 2007 at her residence. She was born January 2, 1925 in Anderson, Indiana, and resided in Anderson all of her life.
She was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Pendleton High School and Ball State Teacher’s College.
Marge was a member of East Lynn Christian Church where she was very active in CWF, Food Pantry, Choir, Goldenaires, Willing Workers Home Ec Club,was an Elder and a Sunday School teacher. She loved her flowers and gardening.
She is survived by her two sons: Paul David & wife Natalie Swanson of Houston, Texas and Timothy L. Swanson & special friend Lori Hardacre of Anderson. Sister: Phyllis Divens of Newport Richey, Florida. Sister-in-law: Wilma S. Bowyer. Four grandchildren: Jeremy & wife Jamie Swanson, Sarah Swanson, Amanda Swanson & fiance Mickey Fuson and Jayna Swanson. One great grandchild: Brooklyn Swanson. Also surviving are many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Cliff Swanson in 1996. Parents: Harry E. and Leoma Hanshew Bowyer. Sister: Wilma J. Herring. Brother: Wayne E. Bowyer.
