Marion was born on October 1, 1920 in Dunmore, PA., the daughter of the late Leo P. and Josephine Barratt Philbin.
Survivors include her sister Margaret Mary Philbin of Milford, brother Dr. Daniel M. Philbin and his wife Patricia of Byfield, MA., a sister-in-law Virginia Philbin of Cincinnati, OH., and seven nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Leo P. Philbin Jr., Dr. Francis Philbin, Gerald Philbin and William Philbin, two sisters Helen Philbin and Joan McCarthy.
