WASHINGTON?Marion K. “Si” Sizemore, 77, of Washington, passed away at 6:37 a.m., Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Grand View Care Center in Peoria.
Si was born on November 30, 1937 in Oblong, Illinois to Feral and Lela (Smith) Sizemore. He married Nancy Schulte on November 24, 1960 in Toluca. Nancy survives.
Also surviving are son, Steven of Washington and his children Nick (Bri) Sizemore in the U. S. Marine Corps and Alex Sizemore; another son, Robert (Robin) of Goodfield and their daughter, Ashlyn; one brother, Paul (Anne) Sizemore of El Paso; two nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gene.
Si was a Physiology Teacher at Peoria Central High School prior to his retirement in 1993 and also had served as track coach.
