Marion Kramer, wife of the late Marvin Kramer passed away April 5, 2012 at the age of 87. Marion was born in Brighton and spent most of her life there moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming only in the last three years to be closer to family.
She worked serving her community at the Ladies Toggery, Fred’s Grocery, secretary to two city managers, and volunteer on the Platte Valley Ambulance. She may be best remembered as owner/operator of the Brighton Sewing Center for 26 years.
Marion is preceded in death by her parents, Ida and Fred Eachus, sister, Helen & Merrill Bundy, brother Fred Eachus, husband Marvin Kramer and son James Kramer. She is survived by her sisters Margaret & Tommy Scott, Francis Eachus, daughter in law Doreen Kramer, son David & Julee Kramer, grandchildren Jana Hurd, David Hurd, Stephanie Hurd, Philip Kramer and great grand children Gavin, Desmond and Maleigha Hurd.
