Marilyn M. Seal Lewis, 65, Butlerville, died June 25, 2002 at Community Hospital South – Indianapolis, Indiana after a brief illness. She was born May 29, 1937 in Anderson, and resided in Butlerville. She was a resident of this area for most of her life. She was a homemaker. She was a 1955 graduate of Anderson High School. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary of Westport.
She loved to work crossword puzzles. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Charles ”Bud” Lewis; a daughter Vicki & husband Larry Montgomery of Anderson; two sons Mark Lewis of Anderson and Ronald L. & wife Gloria Lewis of Huddleston, VA; her mother India M. Pickett Seal, a brother Bill & wife Joyce Seal of Largo, FL; a sister Christine & husband Dave Zook of Anderson; three grandchildren, Todd Lewis of Markleville, Neal Lewis and Cody Lewis of Huddleston, VA; two step-grandchildren Leslie Montgomery and Aaron Montgomery of Anderson; special cousin Bonnie Jean Yeager of Butlerville. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father William L. Seal.
