Marilyn L. Sauer “Lyn”, age 81, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 at Arborview Court in Wisconsin Rapids.
Marilyn was born September 22, 1940 in Wisconsin Rapids to Henry and Evelyn (Hall) Sprafka.
She was a full-time homemaker and child care provider until her retirement.
Marilyn was a firm believer in her faith and enjoyed sharing God’s word with others. She worked hard to protect Wood County from environmental threats.
Marilyn is survived by three sons: Rick (Sally) Sauer, Randy Sauer, and Scott (Karen) Sauer; two grandchildren: Sydney and Abbey; and her sister, Pat Helke. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Larry Sauer; brother, Darwin Sprafka; and sisters: Emily Schmude, Beverly Nordlee, and Virgene Lovelace.
