Marilyn E. Lennon, 67, of Seaside Park, NJ passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Born in Passaic, NJ, she lived in Garfield, NJ before moving to Seaside Park in 1989.
Marilyn was a Senior Manager at PS&S in Warren and Wall, New Jersey for many years. In addition to her tenure at PS&S, Marilyn held roles as Vice President of KeySpan Energy’s Environmental practice, Director of Strategic Planning at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and Assistant Commissioner at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. She was a dedicated parishioner of St Catherine of Siena RC Church in Seaside Park, Past Commodore of the Seaside Park Yacht Club, and also participated in numerous professional organizations.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents George and Florence Lennon. She is survived by her brothers James and his wife Aida Lennon of Jersey City, NJ, Michael and his wife Nancy Lennon of Long Valley, NJ, Mark and his wife Janice Lennon of Lincoln Park, NJ, nine nieces, and nephews, as well as ten great nieces and nephews.
