Marilyn Ann Ritchie of Rio Verde, passed away on October 3, 2014. She is survived by her husband, David Ritchie, nieces Catherine Lentz and Carrie Minchin, nephews John Beiser and Joseph Beiser and great nieces Jacqueline Lentz, Lauren Beiser and Kirsten Beiser. She was one of the original residents of Rio Verde, purchasing a home in 1974. She married her husband there in 1976 and purchased and operated the golf shop serving the Rio Verde golf courses. She retired in 1986.
