Marie Yolande Bien-Aime was born in Anse-a-veau, Haiti, on November 15, 1949. She attended primary school while residing with her grandmother. She relocated to Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital, to live with her mother. Marie moved back to live with her grandmother after her mother decided she wanted to travel, it was then that she had her two children.
Marie Yolande Bien-Aime moved to the United States in February 1982.
Ultimately, she was able to bring her children to the United States in 1985. She stayed with her children until 1989, when she relocated to Miami, Florida. She kept that hardworking attitude while employed at a hotel in Miami. She moved to Tampa in 1999 after living in Miami for ten years. She continued to work at a Tampa hotel until she realized she needed a change. She began working for Alsco and remained there until she retired.
Marie Yolande Bien-Aime recently celebrated her 72nd birthday on November 15, 2021 with family and friends, not knowing it would be her last. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to a large number of people.
