Mrs. Marie Dean Morgan, age 89, of Newnan died August 3, 2010 at LaGrange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Morgan was born February 24, 1921 in Newnan, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband Barney L. Morgan in 1985. For many years the family operated Morgan’s Grocery near the Arnco community. Mrs. Morgan is survived by her sons David Morgan and his wife Lynda of Newnan; Steve Morgan and his wife Gail of Vidalia. Also surviving is a sister Dorothy Thrower. There are five grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
