Marie Ange Dasne was born May 2, 1958 in Riviere Froide, Haiti to the parentage of the late Sauveur Mesidor and Eloisie Dorceus. Marie left Haiti at the age of 30 to be with her husband.
Marie was an honorable and loving wife to her husband Gaston Dasne. She was also an excellent mother to her 3 daughters Nadege, Bianca and Stephanie.
While building a new life and raising her daughters, she truly had a passion for helping others as evident by the profession that she chose, working in the healthcare field in hospice.
Marie was an amazing cook and everyone who truly knew her can attest to this. Her favorite and most cherished dishes were lasagna, legume, and shepherd’s pie. Her presence alone was so healing, when you needed her the most, she would show up for you. Marie loved to dress up and beautify herself. She knew she deserved a good life, and did her very best to have and experience luxury. She made sure her daughters knew of this as well.
Marie made sure her children always knew they had each other if anything happened to her. She made sure her daughters were friends, loved and protected each other, forever. Despite her illness, Marie’s spirit remained strong, her love and trust in God kept her going.
On January 20, 2022, Marie Ange Dasne was called home to be with God and her fellow angels. Her heart and soul lives on, as she shares the memories of her beautiful fulfilling life with
