Leominster – Marie A. Cristofono, 89, of Leominster, died February 7, 2013, in HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital, after an illness surrounded by her loving family. She was born, October 31, 1923, in Quebec, Canada. Marie worked as an inspector at the former Foster Grant Co., before her retirement. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, traveling, golfing, going to the beach and Foxwoods. She loved spending time with her family and friends and loved her family deeply. Marie always had a smile for everyone. Marie was a member of St. Leo’s Parish. She is survived by three sons, Paul Cristofono and his wife Karen, of New Ipswich, NH, Michael Cristofono, of West Covina, CA, and Steven Cristofono and his husband Carl,of Fitchburg, MA; two sisters, Anita Frechette of Leominster, and Jeannine Rouleau, of Fitchburg, two step-sisters; Doris Tata of Leominster, and Theresa Rotondi, of Florida, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter, along with many nieces and nephews.
Marie was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Cristofono, and a sister Theresa Mylott..
