Mrs. Marian Davis Horne, 74, of Port Charlotte, FL died June 7, 2008. She was born March 15, 1934 in Newnan, GA to the late C. Nesby Davis & Goldie Dukes Davis. In addition to her parents, her sister, Joanne Lindsey, preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and was a 30 + year member of the Women of The Moose, lodge 1619 in Port Charlotte, FL. With the lodge, she was a former Senior Regent and Interim Recorder.
She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed bowling. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Carl Horne of Port Charlotte, FL; sons, Kenneth (Mayra) Rizzo of Greenville, SC, Martin Rizzo of Ocala, FL; daughter, Karla (Joe) Daigle of Venice, FL; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Shirley Mason of Louisville, TN, Charlsie Roper of Buford, GA; brothers, Charles N. Davis, Jr of Riverdale, GA, Duke Davis of Newnan, GA.
