Marian D. Ball, 93, of Bellevue, died on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the Bellevue Hospital.
Mrs. Ball was born in Bellevue on February 14, 1921 to Clarence V. and Lulu (Lietzkey) Cupp. She graduated from Bellevue High School in 1939.
Marian had been Head of Housekeeping at Toledo Hospital prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bellevue.
On August 31, 1940, she married Walter J. Ball. He preceded her in death on December 30, 2002.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary Lou (Junior) Adkins; Susan Short, all of Bellevue and Terry Ball of Colorado; her daughter-in-law, Bonnie Ball of Bellevue; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Ball was preceded in death by her parents, son, David W. Ball and son-in-law, DeWayne Short and a brother, Charles Cupp.
