She was a communicant of St. Elizabeth’s Church and a member of the church’s choir and Holy Rosary Society. Mrs. Calisto enjoyed attending all of the festivals held at the church and was devoted to the Holy Ghost and Divine Mercy.
As an avid collector of recipes Maria loved to cook and bake. She took great joy in giving away all of her delicious creations to her family and friends to enjoy.
Maria felt indebted to Dr. David Leibowitz for the attention and care he always gave to her. The family extends on her behalf, a sincere thank you to Dr. Leibowitz and Amy Davock.
