Marguerite “Alice” (Bourgeois) Walker, 82, of North Grafton and formerly of Upton, died Friday, October 28, 2011 in Millbury Health Care Center after a long period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of Richard A. Walker.
Mrs. Walker was born in Uxbridge, the daughter of the late William and Rose I. (Lebossier) Bourgeois, and had lived in Grafton for 30 years. She was a factory worker at area companies, including Bullard Abrasives in Westborough, before retiring to care for her grandchildren in 1980.
