Marguerite A. Ponticelli, 80, formerly of Hellertown, died Sunday, June 22, 2014, at Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. She was born on May 20, 1934, to the late Salvador and Margaret (Thomas) Ponticelli. Marguerite worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corp., for 30 years, in the order department of the Bethlehem plant, later she worked in the production scheduling division of the sales department in the corporate office, until retiring in 1983. She was also a member of staff of the Christian Learning Center at Christ Lutheran Church in Hellertown. Marguerite was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church in Bethlehem, and belonged to the Legion of Mary. Survivors: sisters Rosemarie Deutsch of Hellertown, Josephine “Jay” Stohl of Center Valley; brother James Ponticelli of Clearwater, FL; nieces and nephews.
