Margie Stinnett age 70, of Carlyle passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.

She was born September 24, 1943 in Centralia, daughter of Raymond Neff and Ruby (Huge) Neff. She married Gary Stinnett on November 1, 1964 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia, and he survives in Carlyle.

In addition to her husband of 49 years, she is survived by four sons: Gary Stinnett, Jr. and wife Megan of Florence Alabama.; Steven Stinnett of Carlyle; Daniel Stinnett and wife Angie of Carlyle Jerod Stinnett and fiancée April Rainey of Carlyle; nine grandchildren: Haley Stinnett, Austin Stinnett, Laine Stinnett, Brittany Stinnett, Nicholas Stinnett, Emily Stinnett, Jacob Stinnett, Ethan Stinnett and Dylan Stinnett; one great-granddaughter, Zoey; a brother, Richard Neff and wife Cherry of Central City; a sister, Marlene Fick and husband Donald of St. Louis, Missouri; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lonnie Neff.

Margie was a nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for 24 years. She enjoyed baking and cooking. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, great-granddaughter and friends.
