Margean Murphree Brasher, passed away on July 27, 2017 at the age of 86 after a long illness. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Edward Curtis Brasher of 46 years, 4 stepchildren, and 9 grandchildren. She also leaves a brother Clarence “Myrt” Murphree and his wife Maxine. Margean worked at Pure/Union Oil Company until she left to marry her husband.
